Day
01, Manali - Sethan ( 3000 Mts )
Manali to Prini by taxi. Walk starts from Prini village, through apple orchards.
Prini is an old village with an old temple.
Lot of time in the village can see the local sicitcs, graceful games.
Camp at Sethan, away from the village.
Overnight at tentes at 9300 ft.
Day 02, Sethan - Chhika ( 3360 mts )
Beautiful walk to Chhika, around 132 Kms.
The place is known for wild flower caves and good rocks for climbing.
One full day can be spent here.
To see the Indrasan, Deo Tibba & Inder Kila climb up to the top.
Return to Camp
Day 03, Chhika - Shiya Garu
Walk up the hill, having a brids eye view on Kullu valley.
A breathtaking sight of deodar forests, green meadow and terraced fields from
a height.
Over the Hamta pass Panormic view of Deo Tibba peak, Inder Kila & Indrasan
peaks.
Overnight at camp
Day 04, Shiya Garu - Chatru ( 3360 mts )
Descend to Chatru, 10416 ft as you enter the spiti valley, noticeable difference
in the vegetation and terrain between tow sides of Hanta Pass. Overnight at
camp
Day 05, Vhatru - Chota Dara ( 3690 mtr )
This is a rugged valley along the right bank of the Chandra river.
Walk along the river opposite to Bara Shigri Glacier.
Wonderful view of high passes.
Day 06, Chota Dara - Batal ( 3960 mtr )
Bata is situated at the foot of Kunzam pass, which which provides the main approach
to Spiti from Lahoul.
Walk is along the Bara Shigri glaciers, the view of Shigri stream emerging from
beneath a huge iridescent archway of solid ice is a never to be forgotton sight.

07, Batal - Chandertal ( 4270 mtr )
Initial climb and gradually leveling off at the Chandartal Lake, the lake is
famous for its high altitude beauty and calm scene.
It covers a large basin and is one of the highest lake in the world inhabited
by the fishes. Beautiful lake is called the Lake Moon.
Overnight at camp near Lake.
Day 08, Full day at Chandertal
Day at leisure in chandertal.
To explore the surroundng areas as we acclimate and to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere
of the lake.
Overnight at hotel
Day 09, Chandertal - Topko Yogma (4400 mtr )
Ealry in the morning before leaving for chandertal again one can see the glaciers
and high peaks & ranges.
Fairly easy trek following river chandra upstream to Topko Yogma.
There is a big stream crossing enroute.
Overnight at Camp.
Day 10, Topko Yogma - Topko Gogma ( 4460 kmr )
Another day following the river chandra with gradual climb, the route offers
same suburb view of Mulkila mountain range.
A wesome hanging glaciers are visible on all sided.
Overnight at Camp.
Day 11, Topko Gogma - Base of Baralacha Pass ( 4883 mtr )
Fairly easy trek with panoramic view of high mountain ranges which are all the
above 20000 ft.
The valley leading to Baracha is a very wide holiday camp.
Pass gives rise to three rivers viz, chandra, Yuman and Bhaga.
Day 12, Full day at Baralacha
Full day at Baralacha.
Overnight at camp.

13, Baralacha - Zingzing Bar ( 4270 mtr )
It will hardly take 4 hours.
To reach Zingzing Bar from Baralacha after visiting Suraj Tal.
Suraj Tal is the anoher beautiful lake in these mountains which is the source
of Bhaga river also.
Descending along Bhaga through short cuts, Overnight at camp at Zingzing Bar.
Day 14, Zingzing Bar to Darcha ( 3360 mtr )
Come down to Darcha via Patsao. Patsao had been a vig trading / exchange palce
between the traders of India and Tibet in Olden times.
From Darcha one route leads to Leh over Shigola through Zanaskar valley.
Overnight at Camp at Darcha.
Day 15, Darcha - Manali
Transfer by Jeep to Manali.
